These terms govern your use of the FieldPilot AI website and any services you purchase from us. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

2. Services

FieldPilot provides AI-assisted websites, phone answering, messaging, follow-up and business automation systems configured for your business. Specific deliverables are set out in your order or service agreement.

3. Fees and usage charges

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Phone minutes, messaging and certain third-party integrations are usage-based and may be billed in addition to plan fees. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and timely approvals.
Ensure your use of calling, recording and messaging features complies with applicable law, including consent and do-not-contact requirements.
Keep account credentials secure.

5. AI output

AI-generated conversations, drafts and responses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing configuration and for the commitments your business makes to customers.

6. No performance guarantee

Any figures shown on this site, including in the value calculator, are illustrative estimates only. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, booking rates or any specific business outcome.

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in our software, systems and materials. You retain rights in your business content and data. Websites we build for you are licensed to you for the term of your subscription unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled per the terms of your service agreement. Fees already billed for a current period are not refundable unless required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
